connecting people to God, to each other, and to our community...

Worship Event - Saturdays

The Big Story of the Bible (Adults)

11:30 am - Worship

Every Saturday morning, Calvary Road Community Church meets at the Niles Inn Conference Center in Niles to worship our God. It's a warm, welcoming, "come as you are" environment. When we say that we are a "come as you are" church, we mean it.

What do I wear?
Wear whatever you want. Some of our people like to wear jeans and a t-shirt, others like to dress up, and our pastor usually wears casual business dress.

What is it like?
Well, we think church should be fun, welcoming, inspiring, engaging, relevant and easy to understand.  So that would probably be the best way to describe it!

Who can come?
Everyone from every walk of life is invited to come to Calvary Road Community Church. We value authenticity and can't stand it when people are fake. We realize that none of us have it all together and we don't bother acting like we do. So we invite you to join us and come as you are.

What about the kids?
At Calvary Road, we love our kids and they love Calvary Road. Every Saturday morning we have special programs just for our kids.  They play, sing, and learn about Jesus in a fun, creative, and age-appropriate environment.

How long does the worship gathering last?
It starts at 11:30 am and will be over by 12:45 pm. You're welcome to come early or stay late and hang out!

A Compassionate Community for Imperfect People

We have a dream to be a safe place for seeking people. We desire to know you, to listen to you, to be part of your journey or give you space. We believe that you are valuable to God. We hope that you will feel safe enough to share your questions about Jesus and life. Instead of good advice, we believe in the good news of what Jesus Christ has done for all people. Amazing Grace says it all. One of the first followers of Jesus, John, said it this way, "From his fullness we have received grace upon grace. The law indeed was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus..."

A Catalytic Community for Spiritual Transformation

We desire to be a community where teaching is culturally relevant while remaining biblically faithful. Anointed teaching has the power to change thoughts, emotions, and choices. Growth and change are the norm for all believers. Jesus continues to create new life and second chances. It is our dream to be a catalytic place for spiritual transformation. In the words of Paul, a follower of Jesus, "if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!"

A Challenging Community for Authentic Discipleship

We believe that God has called us to impact this generation. We are people of destiny. We believe that our lives should be marked by passion, commitment, creativity, and boldness. Jesus has one simple plan to demonstrate God's love - His people. There is no backup plan. We invite you to join us in the vision of impacting Michiana for the kingdom. We hope you will become connected, transformed and mobilized with us in the most significant mission of our lifetime. As Jesus said to his closest friends, "As the Father has sent me, I am sending you."
